During our pilot phase, we operate through field agents and direct communication (phone calls, WhatsApp). We are deliberately delaying the build of complex applications.
Why? Because the core value isn't a beautiful app interface—it's the successful matchmaking, quality verification, logistics coordination, and secure payment. By doing things manually first, we prove the business model and learn the exact operational realities before writing a single line of production code.

Trust is the biggest barrier in agricultural trade. Escrow protects both parties: the buyer knows their funds are safe until goods are delivered as promised, and the farmer knows the buyer has the capacity to pay before harvest begins.
